Lisa S. Weaver, CPA, JD
President

Lisa is the cofounder of Lifestyle Retirement
Company. A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University
with a B.S. Degree in Accounting, Lisa is also a
Certified Public Accountant. She holds a law degree from
Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles and
a Masters of Law in Tax from Georgetown Law Center. Ms.
Weaver has years of experience in retirement consulting
and planning services, employee benefits and compliance
issues. She is also an adjunct instructor in the Smeal
College of Business at The Pennsylvania State
University.

Bob has been involved in the financial services
industry since 1969. The areas of practice that Bob has
focused on include estate, trust and retirement
planning, investment sales, implementation of life
insurance policies including long term care products and
tax planning. Bob has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
from The Pennsylvania State University. He holds these
designations: (CPA) Certified Public Accountant, (PFS)
Personal Financial Specialist and (CFP®) Certified
Financial Planner. He holds Series 7, 63 & 65 licenses
and is an IAR (Investment Advisor Representative) of
1717 Capital Management Company, a Nationwide Financial
company.

Susan W. Kaltenbaugh, QPA, QKA

Susan is a graduate of
the California University of Pennsylvania with a B.S.
ED, Special Education. She has over fifteen years of
experience with administration of 401(k) plans, many of
which possess a New Comparability Profit Sharing
Allocation provision and 401(k) Safe Harbor provisions.
She is also experienced in Compliance testing, Form 5500
preparation, and plan design consulting. She holds an
insurance license in Maryland.

Jodi L. Reish, QKA

Jodi has over ten years
of experience in the pension industry specializing in
the drafting and amending of qualified plan documents,
plan terminations, IRS submissions and negotiations. She
is currently pursuing a Qualified Pension Administration
(QPA) designation from the American Society of Pension
Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). Ms. Reish is a
graduate of South Hills Business and Technology School
with an A.S.B. in Administrative/Legal Secretarial.

Lori A. Carozzoni

Lori spent eight years as an
investment advisor to high net worth individuals, most
recently serving as a financial consultant at Merrill
Lynch. Her experience covers the entire range of
accounting and financial functions, with special
emphasis on retirement, investment and tax planning.
Lori has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Elmira
College, New York. She holds Series 7 & 66 licenses and
is an IAR (Investment Advisor Representative) of 1717
Capital Management Company, a Nationwide Financial
company.

Tracey’s experience covers, but is not limited to,
business planning, tax planning, retirement planning and
financial planning as well as investment securities.
Tracey has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from The
Pennsylvania State University. Tracey also holds the
designation of (CFP®) Certified Financial Planner. She
is currently enrolled in the American College to obtain
her CLU & ChFC designations. She holds Series 7, 63 & 65
licenses and is an IAR (Investment Advisor
Representative) of 1717 Capital Management Company, a
Nationwide Financial company.

Jan serves as receptionist along
with assuming billing, accounts receivable and accounts
payable services. Jan has a Bachelor’s degree in
Biology Education from The Pennsylvania State University
and a Masters of Education from the University of
Pittsburgh.

Paulette H. Wernecke
Insurance Specialist |
|
Paulette submits insurance
applications and contacts underwriters to follow-up on
outstanding requirements. In addition to handling
insurance issues, she is our Notary Public.
Paulette holds an insurance license for life and fixed
annuities.
