Lifestyle Retirement Company (LRC) provides specialized custom
retirement plans and services. LRC assists employers in the
creative design, implementation, administration and communication of
retirement plans. We provide our clients these services in a
timely, accurate and cost-effective manner.
In addition, we help employers implement
retirement plans that:

corporate goals and objectives,
- Control
costs, and
- Provide
employees a sense of security.
LRC enhances client decision making
by providing plan administration consulting and technical services. We efficiently process our clients’ work with the highest standards
of quality, utilizing state-of-the-art systems and applications.
We are small enough to provide
personalized service to companies with only a few employees, yet
sophisticated enough to also support companies with thousands of
employees.
LRC has offices in central
Pennsylvania and Maryland, with clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey,
Maryland and Virginia. Our clients represent manufacturing,
banking, construction and medical industries.

Lisa S. Weaver,
CPA, JD, LL.M
President

Lisa Weaver is founder of Lifestyle Retirement Company, and
is both a Certified Public Accountant and lawyer. Ms.
Weaver's work experience is in retirement consulting,
planning, employee benefits, and compliance. She earned her
Masters of Law in Tax from Georgetown in Washington D.C.,
her law degree from Southwestern in Los Angeles, and her
accounting degree from Penn State at University Park. Ms.
Weaver also serves as adjunct professor in Penn State's
Smeal College of Business.

Jodi L. Reish,

Jodi Reish is an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) with the Internal Revenue
Service and a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k)
Administrator (QKA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals &
Actuaries (ASPPA). Ms. Reish has over twenty years pension experience drafting
and amending qualified plan documents, plan terminations, IRS submissions and
negotiations. Ms. Reish earned her Administrative/Legal Secretarial A.S.B.
degree at South Hills Business and Technology School in State College.

Tina B. Rossman,

Tina Rossman is an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) with the Internal
Revenue Service and a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k)
Administrator (QKA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals &
Actuaries (ASPPA). Ms. Rossman has over seventeen years experience administering
Defined Contribution Plans with a focus on New Comparability Profit Sharing, and
401(k) plans. Ms. Rossman also works with Age-Weighted Allocations, Compliance
Testing, Form 5500 preparation, and plan design issues.

Denise has over thirty years of experience with administration of 401(k) plans, many of which possess a New Comparability Profit Sharing Allocation provision and 401(k) Safe Harbor provisions. She is also experienced in Compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation, and plan design consulting.

Tracey Childers is founder of Lifestyle Financial Matters. Ms.
Childers’ work experience includes business planning, tax planning,
retirement planning and financial planning, as well as investment
securities. Ms. Childers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. She is a
Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), and Enrolled Agent with the
Internal Revenue Service. She holds Series 7, 63 & 65
licenses, and is a Registered Representative of World Capital
Brokerage, Inc., a member of the FINRA and SIPC. She is also
an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) of World Capital
Advisors, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor.

Justin Glantz is a 2011 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Supply Chain Management, with a minor in Information Systems Management. Mr. Glantz currently assists the analysts with their data manipulations, systems integration, and other IT solutions.
